The Company has today received notification that on 1 April 2009, Keith 
Chadwick, Chairman, transferred 40,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary 
Shares") to his pension fund at a price of 32.50 pence per Ordinary Share. The 
beneficial interest of Mr. Chadwick following the transfer remains at 1,798,000 
Ordinary Shares representing 24.31% of the total issued share capital of the 
Company.
