9 October 2020 Amigo Holdings PLC ("Amigo" or the "Company")
Employee SAYE scheme and PDMR shareholding
Amigo Holdings PLC (LSE: AMGO), the leading provider of
guarantor loans in the UK, announces that today it granted share
option awards to PDMR and eligible employees of the Company under
the Company's HMRC approved Save as You Earn scheme ("SAYE").
The SAYE 2020 plan ("2020 Plan") was open to all eligible
employees of the Company, as defined in the rules of the SAYE.
Certain employees of the Company elected to participate in the 2020
Plan, resulting in them today being granted options to subscribe
for, in aggregate, 5,496,845 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in
the capital of the Company ("SAYE 2020 Options"). The SAYE 2020
Options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the
rules of the SAYE, of GBP0.097 per share.
The total SAYE 2020 Options granted to PDMR are for, in
aggregate, 371,134 shares, split equally between Nick Beal and
Naynesh Patel. In order to participate in the 2020 Plan, both of
the PDMR who have been granted SAYE 2020 Options closed their SAYE
2019 plan.
The Company was also notified on 8 October 2020 by Naynesh
Patel, of the sale of 1,423,438 Ordinary Shares at an average cost
of GBP0.0903 per Ordinary Share. Mr Patel sold Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.30% of the Ordinary Shares of the Company, for
settlement of a personal Tax liability.
The below information and notifications are made in accordance
with the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
