Autologic announces that its Nominated Adviser has resigned in order to avoid a conflict following the recent announcement of talks with Stobart Group Limited regarding a possible cash offer for the Company. Autologic is pleased to announce that Canaccord Genuity Limited has been appointed as the Company's Nominated Adviser and broker to the possible offer with immediate effect.
