Aero Inventory plc (the "Company" or the "Group") 
Resignation of Nominated Adviser 
 
 
Following the appointment of joint administrators to the Company, the affairs, 
business and property of the Company are now being managed by the joint 
administrators. As a consequence the Company's Nominated Adviser and broker, 
J.P. Morgan Cazenove, has resigned with immediate effect. 
 
 
If, within one month of the Company ceasing to have a Nominated Adviser the 
Company has failed to appoint a replacement, the trading of its securities on 
AIM will be cancelled at 7.00am on 14 December 2009.
