The Company has been informed that on 3 December 2021 Mrs Eleonore de Rochechouart, a non-executive director of the Company, bought 142 ordinary shares of 1p nominal value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 693p per share.

Following the above mentioned acquisition, Mrs Eleonore de Rochechouart and her closely associated persons are beneficially interested in 142 Ordinary Shares, in aggregate representing 0.0003% of the Company's voting rights.
