ABERDEEN ASIAN SMALLER COMPANIES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 28 October 2015, Aberdeen Asian Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC purchased in the market 24,046 Ordinary shares at 746.00 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.
