Publication of Final Terms
The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms dated 15 October 2019 in respect of an issue of GBP
303,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due October 2020 (the "Notes").
The Notes are issued under the U.S.$20,000,000,000 Note Issuance
Programme established by Bank of Montreal.
The Final Terms in respect of the Notes must be read in
conjunction with the Prospectus dated 11 July 2019 and the
supplement dated 28 August 2019 including all documents
incorporated by reference (together, the "Prospectus") which
constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of
the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC), as amended. Full
information on Bank of Montreal, and the offer of the Notes, is
only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus
and the Final Terms with respect to the Notes.
