That is the report I am waiting for ..annual has 120 days after year end since SPOM has yield status which would be May 1st . First quarter ends March 31st and has 45 days to report first quarter which is May 15th.

They already need to file annual report. Supposedly it's ready to file already but they are waiting for merger to close before filing.

To start with this merger in my opinion has been a rumor. Until we get a filing from the company this is the current state of affairs. After trading these TURDS the one thing I developed is patience. Time will tell !!!!!

Lol there is 400m shares out there not 3-4b like other otc companies. These guys are cash flow positive every quarter and are generating net net $2-3m annually. Now a merger or takeover is happening. Only a fool would not load at these levels.

Not all Dilution is bad, some companies may issue new shares for receiving additional capital for growth opportunities or paying off debt. Meanwhile great trading range buy low sell higher great way to make $$$$$/ SPOM

I was in the Merger, If u have been around Alex de Large did many pumps, he made me alot of $$$$ he got popped by the FBI 2022. One of his charges was related to I'll let u guess !! GLTA...

Only thing merging here is the AS and OS until they are the same number.

It ran to .60. ? Pretty sure they reverse split and it hit .60 on the reverse. And has dwindled down to the turd it is. Merger. This isn’t the first time. This stock is crap.

Merger or no merger it's still worth close to 2c per share on assets alone. Now with this possible merger it will or should run again. 10-50c is possible. Buy a 100k shares for $200-300 and hold. See what happens. Easy double in a few weeks.. my guess is they become $2000.

A little history lesson . Meihua XU owed shells SPOM, HDII, SBES, back in 2020 he was gonna do a merger with HDII at the last moment he switched to SPOM. I had HDII and bought SPOM when news about change came out, think SPOM was around .02 it ran to .60 fast. Xu did the merger, moved on to SBES did 2 pumps on mergers that never happened the same with HDII. In my opinion Xu turned into a lying scammer anyone in some of his shells knows 1st hand . GLTA here I could use another runner !!!! SPOM

Helps to have patience, I have learned not to get caught up in the hype. I have been blown away by some mergers and also have had many disappointments ! Time will tell you never know GLTA... SPOM PS this is the OTC the wild west of the markets !!

Buy 100k shares at $200-300 and hold. Could turn that into $1000 within weeks if not days...load.

Assets alone on book is over 2c a share. Locked float. That's the starting point. Could run depends on the non chinese buyer. Coukd be bringing in billions of $$$ in rev.
