Funny how they describe themselves as leaders without Proofing anything major sold in 2 years!!! Less than 200 k in revenue the last 3 quarters and a net loss of 270k tells the real sad story!!!!

So far Gaensel has ruined the company and probably continues to do so!!!

On the first glance fundamentals are not looking bad but we know too less to make any real judgment!

Yes 33 million in assets looks impressive but first of all they show almost the same amount in liabilities and second we have no idea what those assets could be. They can basically show every number there as long as the company is not audited! And apparently the assets produced almost no revenue! 90k in revenue in 3 months isn't anything to be proud of!

Fact is Gaensel hasn't produced anything in 2 years except very false projections!!!


I'm not saying there is no opportunity but without them telling us what they really got and how to go forward I'm remaining very sceptical!

Well according to the Q the have $30 million in assets and they went from 0 revenue to almost $100k, plus it says they have no notes as well. No dilution. I don’t know call me an optimist.. sorry to ruffle your feathers. Maybe they will be updating us soon too. I see a bottomed out chart 13 tics away from 0 and I believe this can move to copper

Stock up today with a bad quarterly. Not rooting against HMNU but doesn't make sense. Otc so unpredictable 😆.

Very hard to say what is going on without communication!!! They are as bad as our other company in that respect!!! Lol

Seems they used the 2 millions cash to pay back some loans because their net assets are even a little higher than last quarter!

In March 21 they sold assets for 17 millions payable within 3 years, I can't see any of this money hitting the balance sheet yet!

Anyways, since Gaensel took over in 2021 it was down hill all the way where we stand now and there doesn't seem to be any positive developments! SAD BUT TRUE!!!

Don't see how this company continues to operate much longer. Ran thru 500k cash 1st quarter and 2 million 2nd quarter. Not enough revenue to pay expenses and 90k cask won't last long. Will be interesting to see how this turns out. Seems they would have to get loan or dilute shares -shares almost maxed out

Nope, I would never ever recommend an OTC to anybody! Due to untrustworthy managements involved almost everywhere you can't properly find any good company! Everything is based more or less on good luck!

Take GEGR for example. They had a net profit per share of 0.072 in the 2022 Filing and a PER of 0.14. If these figures would be true and if they would play a fair game the stock should trade at least around 70 cent if not a buck! And because it isn't you can almost be sure that something isn't right!

Fundamentely it's very hard to find anything better and if you do you still can't know if that management isn't lying as well!

So what I would recommend is STAY AWAY FROM THE RIGGED OTC!!!

I have no defense for HMNU. GEGR is on very thin ice.. No communication for over 8 months.Not acceptable. Your skepticism has proven to be warranted. BTW is there is any OTC stock out there you'd recommend as a good buy now?

This company 2 years ago looked to be a potential otc star with . Just one of their announced multi million dollars deals from 2021. What happened to this completed deal?? Multiple plants like this were planned along with msk kinesis 30 million deal. Been out of play for awhile but I feel like investors were mislead!!! They claim to have 34 millions in assets, only God knows how they can come up with this figure!

As subsidiaries they mention MSK, probably ZERO revenue there

No mentioning at all about the Neutel JV!!! I will write an email to Neutel if the JV is still on.

The only positive is that they are not diluting but that can change fast!!!
