June 9, 2023, HUMBL, Inc. (“HUMBL”) accepted the resignation of Michele Rivera as a member of the HUMBL Board of Directors.
There was no disagreement expressed by Ms. Rivera on any matter concerning HUMBL’s operations, policies or practices.
