Out? Disappeared bro?
This is otc as long as sec doesn’t get involved it will trade up and down!
Even scams get a lifeline !
Only bad here’s they don’t have shares to dump if all done already
So no benefit for them to pump it anymore :(

I have watching this stock a long time.
I have seen large, odd number sales, then when dropped a tick, saw a purchase of the exact same amount to try and bump it back up. The number was pretty large and unique, just feel no way shortly after the sale of that number with lots of other sales, that less than10 min later someone buys the exact same number. lol. For sure manipulation.
Load up if you think you are right. Stock is already half of what people were paying a week or so ago.

Then explain why is 180 thousand dollars on the bids?

Bobk101 Bobk101 4 days ago
I think it is the exact opposite you are saying.
I think they dump until the price drops a tick, then buy shares till it goes back up a tick, then dumps into it.
Doesn't take all that much buys to bring it back up compared to how many they dump.
No one wants our shares of this POS pinky. lol. They have survived since inception in 2006 by selling shares, making promises, being in talks, signing LOI's etc. What do we have after 17 years? We have not made a profit EVER. lol. When they run out of shares, they are tho only ones that want our shares badly, so they just do a RS and take them back!

Don’t you guys see what is happening? Someone with a lot of shares in their accounts start selling big blocks to lower it down ( selling between their accounts = placing a bid an then sell in to their bids: like that they don’t lose any shares) conclusion: after those moves they are waiting for people to panic and place their shares on the ask for sale, once the ASK gets bigger they slowly buy everything that pups up, it’s called Shaking the tree, hold your shares guys because someone wants them badly!

I bet they dilute until price drops a tick, then they buy till it goes up a tick, then dump into that.
No one wins here unless you flip fast for a profit. FOMO usually equals Bag Holder.
The real winner is always GMPR. We have no legitimate functioning profitable business since going public in 2006. We survive selling stock. When They run our, they always RS to get the bulk back. Pretend deals are always talked about to justify a RS.

Here is what in needed to Uplist to NASDAQ, do you think we can meet these requirements?

Listing Requirements for All Companies
Each listing firm must adhere to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Marketplace Rules for Nasdaq listings, including corporate governance rules 4350, 4351, and 4360.2

The regular bid price of shares of the company's stock at the time of listing must be at least $4.00; however, a company may qualify under a closing price alternative of $3.00 or $2.00 if the company meets varying requirements. Typically, there must be at least three (or four depending on the criteria) market makers for the stock.3

Companies must have a minimum of 1,250,000 publicly traded shares outstanding upon listing, excluding those held by officers, directors, or any beneficial owners of more than 10% of the company.45

To stay listed on the Nasdaq, a company must continue to meet the minimum listing requirements or risk being delisted and removed from the Nasdaq exchange.
Companies must also have at least 450 round lot (i.e., 100 shares or more) shareholders, 2,200 total shareholders, or 550 total shareholders with 1.1 million average trading volume over the past 12 months.5
Depending on the types of securities listed and the company's size, an application fee of $5,000 to $25,000 is required. Companies must also pay an entry fee, which can range from $50,000 to $270,000. There are also fees depending on the number of shares listed, which range from $100,000 to $150,000.67

There are also several other fees, depending on the type of company, including an annual listing fee, small-cap fee for smaller companies, and fees for additional services or changes such as record-keeping and additional shares issued.8

In addition to the above requirements, financial standards need to be met, depending on the type of security being listed, which are outlined below.

Required Financial Standards
Standard No. 1: Earnings
The company must have aggregate pre-tax earnings in the prior three years of at least $11 million, in the previous two years at least $2.2 million, and no single year in the prior three years can have a net loss.1

Standard No. 2: Capitalization With Cash Flow
The company must have a minimum aggregate cash flow of at least $27.5 million for the past three fiscal years, with no negative cash flow in any of those three years. Also, its average market capitalization over the prior 12 months must be at least $550 million, and revenues in the previous fiscal year must be $110 million, minimum.1

Standard No. 3: Capitalization With Revenue
Companies can be removed from the cash flow requirement of the second standard if their average market capitalization over the past 12 months is at least $850 million and revenues over the prior fiscal year are at least $90 million.1

Standard No. 4: Assets With Equity
Companies can eliminate the cash flow and revenue requirements and decrease their market capitalization requirements to $160 million if their total assets total at least $80 million and their stockholders' equity is at least $55 million.1

What institutional Investor would want to have anything to do with investing money in us?
Think about it, we have ZERO to show for the last 17 years. Everything we have said we were going to do never actually happens.
Has anyone actually looked at the requirements to Uplist to NASDAQ? If you have, then you know it is not remotely possible for us to qualify for so many reasons.
You can have "A Meeting" with anyone. lol. You can have an LOI, etc. But someone who has the money to do what they are saying surely does in Depth DD and would surely Hard Pass partnering with a triple zero pinky that survives by selling stock.
