How can a stock that management said is about to go to NASDAQ be at .0001? If management truly lied to dump shares, is thar illegal?

Well, this stock may have created more Bag Holders thank most on the OTC/Pink Sheets.
I would not consider the term "investor" here for that reason, if you hold you usually lose on this one.
I better term to maybe win here would be "Traders" here.
If you get in and then out with a profit, seems you can always buy back cheap again lol
Just don't get caught in a surprise RS. They may have put off the inevitable RS as they recently doubled the available shares they have to dump.
Appears they are trying to work it up a tick, they seem to like to dump when it is .0002 - .0003 and they may buy back a little at .0001 - .0002 until it goes up a tick.
They may be afraid to dump at .0001 and have it drop and add a fourth Zero.
As they have stated, they are working on Uplisting to NASDAQ so dropping to .00009 could make it harder. lol
Those accountants have been diligently working for years to get us to the promised land of NASDAQ so we are all rich! lol

Only uneducated investors would invest in GMPR.
They repost X postings without doing any due diligence of their own.

If investors would read the requirements to uplist they MUST come to the conclusion that GMPR will never uplist.

Wondering how close they are to uplisting to NASDAQ?

They have a lot to learn about his scams.

3 Pizza's from scratch: 5 cups flour, 1 tbls baking powder, 2 tbls salt, 2 tbls sugar, 1 tbls yeast, 1 1/2 tbls olive oil, 1.3 cups water, 1/2 cup milk, mix and cover 12-24 hours. Flour on table, roll dough out with rolling pin, slide round dough onto pizza pan with tiny drop of olive oil brushed on pizza pan, 3 pizza's cont' Use oil from cooked peppers & onions, spread on top of circled dough on pizza pan. pre heat oven 500 degrees. add tomato sauce, onions peppers garlic etc...cook, spinning pie every 4 minutes, for 10-15 minutes..THEN add cheese & whatever you want...I added a vinegrette glaze, oregano, pepper flakes.....enjoy. It is real easy. Freeze slices. Save a large amount of $$$ and you know who's hands are in your mouth.

Well, I shop at the store we supposedly sell Pizza Fusion Pizza's.
I like to keep a frozen pizza on hand, and curious to try one we say we sell.
Could only help things taking some pics of our Pizzas actually in the freezer case available to buy!
They have never been there any time i grocery shop there.
In fact, not one person here was able to find or buy a single product in any location we say has them. Ever! lol
