Anyone notice once the Bid is .0002 they dump heavy into it.
When Bid is .0001 i would bet it is them doing a lot of buying to get it back up a tick, and make it look like people are buying in.
I know that they do this. I was saw a large odd number sold and bought within a short time one day.
It was too large, odd and random of a number to be a coincidence
No need for the RS, since they printed billions of new shares to dump.

They are not scam? They sold 3b shares

They cancelled 300 million shares and added back a week later

Folks need to not focus on current fundamentals or the past actions by this company. Treat it like a shell. OS, limited dilution, no RS, incoming new CEO, new revenue PRs (whether real or fake), and private investors paying debt in exchange for future post-uplisting shares and warrants (from Feb 2024 prs). Its set to be a momo play just like the other trips when the traders want to move it. I can easily see 500M in sudden volume (ie 5 min) happening in the coming days to spark it especially if the news reads well enough for the daytraders.

GMPR changes its Company name without FINRA approval ?

They are posting a Pic that has absolutely nothing to do with them.
They have never done a ting they said since 2006. hence the .0001 share price. lol
They have no money to attract a legit CEO
They have no actual business that generates revenue
Think about it, in 18 years of taking shareholder money, there is nothing to show for it other than Jim never had to really work. lol

MR. JAMES C VOWLER is a FRAUD.
He states on his website : 4 Subsidiaries and 2 Agreements.
The only subsidiary that showed a profit was the SALSA man.
His proposed name change indicates his desire to get out of the food business.
What happened to the QVC deal ?
What happened to the NEW CEO ?
Look ! I can go no and no about VOWLER'S twitter and X postings all are BS.
GMPR last PR posting was on Sept 30 2022 witch was also BS.
MR. JAMES C VOWLER IS A "CON MAN" and only exists to line his own pockets.

That is my point. All of these lies are in print. In a court of law, it should easily be proven that they misled shareholders and technically then stole our money since they were lies.

The stock is controlled by JAMES C VOWLER and his FATHER.
I have followed J C VOWLER for 14 years.
He is a PERPETUAL liar.

Well, this stock may have created more Bag Holders thank most on the OTC/Pink Sheets.
I would not consider the term "investor" here for that reason, if you hold you usually lose on this one.
I better term to maybe win here would be "Traders" here.
If you get in and then out with a profit, seems you can always buy back cheap again lol
Just don't get caught in a surprise RS. They may have put off the inevitable RS as they recently doubled the available shares they have to dump.
Appears they are trying to work it up a tick, they seem to like to dump when it is .0002 - .0003 and they may buy back a little at .0001 - .0002 until it goes up a tick.
They may be afraid to dump at .0001 and have it drop and add a fourth Zero.
As they have stated, they are working on Uplisting to NASDAQ so dropping to .00009 could make it harder. lol
Those accountants have been diligently working for years to get us to the promised land of NASDAQ so we are all rich! lol
