EDP-Energias de Portugal said late on Tuesday that it has secured a long-term virtual power purchase agreement with fashion retailer Industria de Diseno Textil to develop a wind portfolio in Spain.

The Portuguese energy company said the portfolio consists of two projects totaling 54 megawatts that are expected to enter in operation by 2025 and 2026. Projects are located in the region of Galicia.

The agreement was secured through EDP's renewables subsidiary EDP Renovaveis. Financial details weren't disclosed.
