display technologies, today announced that its CEO, Mr. Victor Keen, has issued
a new Letter to Shareholders.


In the letter, Mr. Keen brings shareholders up-to-date on recent Company news
since he has assumed the role of 3DIcon's Chief Executive Officer. He addresses
four steps the Company is taking to restore confidence and enhance shareholder
