Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On September 30, 2021, Coro Global Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release in response to a press release and letter from a stockholder group, which, among other things, requested a special meeting of the Company’s stockholders. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
