Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
The Company issued a press release on August 26, 2021, announcing the commencement of research work involving PluriPain® and Gadolinium Gadolinium Deposition Disease. No “drug claims” are made as to the use of PluriPain® in treatment of this or any disease; it is being used solely for its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect as a component of a comprehensive research and treatment plan.
