Praebius Communications, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PRCM) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Ad Systems, booked growth of 239,400 new subscribers for 2008. Further, Ad Systems has also signed contracts for 1,256,000 additional subscriber installations in 2009. Revenue for the last quarter of 2008 exceeded the previous quarter's revenue. Ad sales continue to be strong going into the first quarter of 2009.

Bob Hall, Chairman, said, "Our Ad Systems unit's growth will continue to expand in 2009 as cable system operators look to us as a partner who brings additional revenue opportunities as opposed to increased expenses. Advertisers have found our system creates a unique ability to reach market specific eyeballs."

Martin Alcock, C.T.O., said, "We plan to roll out several hundred systems in 2009 to fulfill our current contract backlog, not to mention 300,000 new subscriber installations we expect to ink in January. The demand in year one was five times greater than anticipated so this year we have yet to set a limit on our system growth. Our own traffic and billing system, addige.net, recently completed upgrades reducing data entry time by nearly 60% allowing us to handle the added volume quite nicely."
