MONTRÉAL, Jan. 11, 2022 /CNW Telbec/ - Cogeco Inc. (TSX: CGO) and Cogeco Communications Inc. (TSX: CCA) will hold their Annual and Special Shareholders' Meetings virtually on Friday, January 14, 2022 starting at 11:30 a.m. (EST) via live video webcast. During this time, both companies' financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2022, ended November 30, 2021, will also be disclosed. Information to join the annual shareholders' meetings is available on the Cogeco and Cogeco Communications websites.
