On August 25, 2020, Rhonda S. Ferguson, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, notified Union Pacific Corporation (the Company) that she intends to depart from the Company effective September 25, 2020 in order to pursue other opportunities. The Company is grateful for Ms. Ferguson’s significant contributions and strong leadership during her time at the Company and wishes her continued success in her future endeavors.
