Departure of Directors or Principal Officer; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
|
On November 14, 2019, SunCoke Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that, effective as of January 1, 2020, Gary P. Yeaw, the Company’s Senior Vice President, Human Resources, will be retiring from his employment with the Company, and will be stepping down from his current position as of November 14, 2019. The Company also announced that the Board of Directors has appointed Ms. Katherine T. Gates, currently Senior Vice President General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, to the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective immediately. In her new role, Ms. Gates will continue to report to Michael G. Rippey, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and President.
