Item 7.01.    Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 21, 2019, Post Holdings, Inc. (“Post”) issued a press release announcing results for its fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2019 and providing a financial outlook for fiscal year 2020. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. A supplemental slide for use in connection with Post's earnings call with analysts and investors is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference. Also, beginning on November 21, 2019, Post management intends to reference the attached slide at investor meetings and in other forums.
