District Philadelphia, a joint venture partnership between PREIT
and Macerich, expands dining and entertainment concepts joining the
roster – including a new flagship location from entertainment
leader Round One Entertainment. Fashion District will offer
a variety of dynamic tenants and community programming across four
key pillars – Style, Dining, Entertainment, and Arts &
Culture.
With growing consumer demand for social experiences, Fashion
District will feature a dedicated third-floor entertainment zone
with AMC Theatres and the newly signed Round 1.
Occupying more than 60,000 square feet, Round 1 will create the
ultimate entertainment experience for socializing with friends,
family entertainment, parties and corporate events with bowling,
arcade games, billiards, karaoke and more, along with food and
beverage offerings. Further strengthening Fashion District's
entertainment pillar, AMC will feature in-theater dining, reclining
seats, and a bar – marking Center
City's first movie theatre to open since 2002.

Market Eats as well as an array of quick serve dining options
throughout the property.

Fashion District will feature in-demand brands including Nike,
H&M, Forever 21, Columbia,
Levi's, ULTA Beauty, Digitially Native Vertical Brands as part
of Brand Box, local
enterprenuers as part of Uniquely Philly and others-
joining Burlington and
Century 21.
