Zarcone to Resign as Harley-Davidson Financial Services President and Chief Operating Officer

MILWAUKEE, June 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Harley-Davidson, Inc.
(NYSE:HDI) announced today that Donna F. Zarcone will be resigning
as President and Chief Operating Officer of Harley-Davidson
Financial Services, Inc. (HDFS), effective August 1, 2006. Zarcone,
48, has decided to seek new entrepreneurial opportunities. She will
work with the HDFS leadership team to ensure an orderly transition
of her current responsibilities. "At this point in my career, I
want to once again lead and build a new enterprise from its early
stages. I have enjoyed leading the growth of HDFS and the creation
of our unique culture. While I will miss working with our great
leadership team and employees, I am confident that the company will
continue to thrive," said Zarcone. "It has been a privilege to be a
part of the Harley-Davidson team for the past twelve years." Jim

journey." Zarcone joined HDFS in 1994 as its Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer. In 1998, she rose to President and Chief
Operating Officer. In her eight years as President of HDFS, managed
receivables have grown from approximately $1 billion to over $6
billion. HDFS conducts business in the United States, Canada and
Europe, and has over 750 employees. The Company will be considering
internal and external candidates in its search to fill the role of
HDFS President and Chief Operating Officer. Larry Hund, 50, Vice
President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer of HDFS, has
been named Acting Chief Operating Officer in addition to his
current role. Hund joined HDFS in 2002 as Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer and was promoted to his current position in 2004.
He came to HDFS from Heller Financial, Inc., where he was Executive
