products, announced today the appointments of the following
Regional Vice Presidents for AXA Retirement 360SM in Retirement
Plan Services, with Tom Monnerat and Tim Susoev reporting to James
O’Connor, head of 401(k) national sales and business development
and Sean Duncan and Andy Rosselot reporting to Matthew Drummond,
head of tax-exempt sales and business development.

services market, through investing in people in order to provide
valued support to plan advisors,” said O’Connor.

Tom Monnerat, Regional Vice President 401(k) Plans, Eastern
Region (WV, PA, MD, DE, NJ, NY, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, ME)
Monnerat joined AXA in February 2017. His responsibilities
comprise promotion and sales throughout the Eastern Region, as well
as the development of key relationships with consultants and plan
sponsors.
With 32 years of retirement plan, investment and financial
services experience, Monnerat was a Vice President and Regional
Retirement Consultant for Meeder Investment Management, covering
the Mid-Atlantic region, prior to joining AXA. He was responsible
for promoting Meeder’s investment services, supporting their
Retirement Consultants with Meeder’s various fiduciary services and
providing Department of Labor updates. Before joining Meeder, he
spent 25 years with Alliance Bernstein as a Director and
Institutional Retirement Consultant. In this role, he developed an
extensive network of clients and contacts throughout the retirement
industry and led AB’s Metro New York and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Monnerat’s career began at Drexel Burnham Lambert, working in
the retail system, followed by a role in branch administrative
capacities with Shearson Lehman. He also worked on the trading desk
of a privately held hedge fund. He holds a B.S. in Business
Management from St. Peter’s College. He also holds series 7 and 63
securities industry registrations administered by FINRA, in
addition to New Jersey insurance licenses.
Tim Susoev, Regional Vice President, 401(k) Plans, Western
Region (AK, HI, WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, AZ, NM, UT, MT, WY, CO SD, NE,
IA)
Susoev is responsible for growing business in the Western
Region, with a focus on understanding of plan design and fiduciary
services for plan sponsors and advisors.
With 16 years of experience in the retirement industry, Susoev
joined AXA in December 2013. Prior to AXA, Susoev was with ING
Retirement Plans as a Retirement Plan Specialist, responsible for
growing the San Francisco Bay Area territory with a focus on
product positioning, plan design, investment selection and
participant education. He started his career with ING Retirement
Plans as a Regional Internal Wholesaler.
Susoev holds FINRA series 6 and 63 securities registrations.
Sean Duncan, Regional Vice President, Tax Exempt
Plans, Western Region (AK, HI, WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, AZ, NM, UT, MT,
WY, CO SD, NE, IA)
Duncan offers an abundance of retirement plan experience from
his 18 years in the retirement industry, most recently, at Lincoln
Financial Group. He has a proven track record in sales,
relationship building, and management of retirement plans. Duncan’s
professional background includes positions at Vanguard and
Transamerica. Throughout his career, he has sold a variety of
plans, ranging from startups through substantially large plans.
With a successful history of developing new territories for
previous firms, Duncan specializes in advisor and consultant
relations, client management, and competitive positioning. He is
responsible for sourcing new business within the 403(b) and 457
markets for the Western Region, with a focus on healthcare, higher
education, K-12, not-for-profit, and governmental markets.
Duncan holds series 6 and 63 securities industry registrations,
administered by FINRA, and a Life and Health Insurance license in
the state of Pennsylvania.
Andy Rosselot, Regional Vice President, Tax Exempt Plans,
Eastern Region (WV, PA, MD, DE, NJ, NY, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH,
ME)
Rosselot is responsible for leading new business initiatives for
the 403(b) and 457 markets in the Eastern Region with a focus on
healthcare, higher education, K-12, not-for-profit, and
governmental markets.
With over twenty years in the retirement services industry and
an extensive background in defined contribution, defined benefit
and non-qualified plans, Rosselot has consulted with plan sponsors
to optimize investments, plan design, participant education and the
understanding of fiduciary requirements. His career has included
leadership roles at Diversified Investment Advisors, Allegiant
Asset Management, Huntington Retirement Plan Services, and most
recently, MetLife Resources, where he was Managing Director of
sales.
Rosselot received his B.S. from the E.W. Scripps School of
Journalism at Ohio University and his M.B.A. from Tiffin
University. He holds FINRA series 7, 63, 65, and 24 securities
industry registrations.

of a custodial account offered through Reliance Trust Company, LLC,
within which plan participants’ chosen mutual fund shares
(distributed by AXA Distributors, LLC (member SIPC, FINRA) (“AXA
