I agree.... the kicker is no way to verify Chinese company filings.... I don't care for that part... the company is doing excellent on paper but it's just paper... I just want to see 4's then I look for and exit point.

Add the fact that Golden Meditech Holdings Limited has been gradually taking a larger stake in the company. I envision them going private with a delisting.

SA article was great last week on the 5th and now The Street has upgraded CO to a buy today....

China Cord Blood and Golden Meditech Holdings Limited enter into convertible note financing to further expand cord blood banking services; Mr. Yuen Kam will be appointed as Chairman (CO) 2.67 : Co and Golden Meditech Holdings, an integrated healthcare enterprise in China, announced that they entered into agreements under which Golden Meditech is expected to invest $50 million into CCBC to support its further business expansion and to capitalize on China's fast-growing healthcare services industry. The convertible note carries a 7% interest per annum and a total rate of return of 12% per annum. The convertible note holder can convert the convertible note into ordinary shares of the Company at a conversion price of $2.838. The total ordinary shares issuable represents approximately 15.5% of the enlarged share capital of the Company. Upon completion of the transaction, Mr. Yuen Kam, will be appointed as Chairman of CCBC and Ms. Ting Zheng will continue her role as the Chief Executive Officer of CCBC. The chart has indicated a downward trend since mid September or so. Doesn't look like it will turn up anytime soon, based on 50 and 200 MA (not always true, but better than a coin toss). Best to wait for upward MOMO, IMO.

I also thought it was suppose to have good numbers, and it's basically dropped since it iopened at $5. I've been watching it drop for a while now, thinking about getting in. However, todays dip seemed unusually aggresive. I'm just concerned there's something insider's know that I don't... and it ain't good.

No way for me to justify such a statement other than the movement in the PPS. Watching from the side lines.

I don't. Q2 earnings are expected to be announced on November 28, 2011. They filed a 6-K yesterday, but nothing I can see as related.

The 50 and 200 day MA looks to be moving apart - not good for chart readers. Points to a downward trend.
