Blue Apron Premium recipes will be initially featured as a new
twelfth selection on its Signature Two-Serving menu. The new
premium recipes will be featured on its Four-Serving menu beginning
April 20. Sample recipes include:
- Week of 3/16: Hibachi-Style Steak & Shrimp with Bok
Choy, Snow Peas & Marinated Cucumber
- Week of 3/23: Chicken Saltimbocca with Roasted Potatoes,
Spinach & Caper Pan Sauce
- Week of 3/30: Provençal-Style Salmon & Shrimp with
Aromatic Broth & Saffron Toast
- Week of 4/6: Spinach & Goat Cheese-Stuffed Pork
Roast with Tzatziki & Warm Farro Salad
- Week of 4/14: Grass-Fed NY Strip Steaks with Mushrooms,
Thyme Butter & Potato R�sti
Pricing for Blue Apron Premium meals will vary between $13.99
and $19.99 per serving on its Four-Serving menu and between $14.99
and $19.99 per serving on its Two-Serving menu depending on the
recipe. Orders can be placed now through Blue Apron’s website and
mobile app for delivery beginning the week of March 16. Initial
quantities for Blue Apron Premium meals are limited.
