7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On
September 10, 2019, VBI Vaccines Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a collaboration with GlaxoSmithKline
(“GSK”) to clinically evaluate the combination of VBI-1901, the Company’s cancer vaccine immunotherapeutic,
with GSK’s proprietary AS01B adjuvant system. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this
Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
