On December 3, 2022, Esports Entertainment Group, Inc. (the “Company”) Grant Johnson departed from his position as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The Company also appointed independent director Jan Jones Blackhurst as Chair of the Board of Directors, effective December 3, 2022.
