That float is locked so tight. Every time the market makers take this down the share price goes below the bid. Easy to see the sweating. Every buy pushes up that share price $$$GMBL$$$

Too bad you missed a great run. I do agree that it could be dangerous to buy here now at over 50% above the post reverse split price. But still, you missed a great trade.

2 questions for the board .. what was the share price before the reverse split and also I think the reverse was 400 to one?is that right ? Thanks in advance.

If you currently hold fewer than 400 shares, the upcoming 400-to-1 reverse stock split may leave you with just one share, as it doesn't issue fractional shares. Any resulting fractional shares will be rounded up to the nearest whole share. Remember, no cash will be given for fractional shares. It's crucial to review your investment strategy considering this change.

Many will end up with 1 share because the last 100 to1 RS and this new 400 to 1 RS will take most of us into a fractional share from which we will get rounded up to 1 share.

From press release:
"No fractional shares will be issued in connection with the reverse stock split. Any fractional shares of common stock resulting from the reverse stock split will be rounded up to the nearest whole post-split share and no shareholders will receive cash in lieu of fractional shares."

That's no surprise! Everyone running to the exits.
1,000,000 shares at .02 brings 20,000 (the expected low today without a RS announcement).

1,000,000 / 400 = 2,500 shares. Currently the ask would put the RS price at 4.96, 12,400, considerably less than what everyone was thinking for today.

If by some miracle, the buyer's step in, it could get interesting. However, that is rarely the case, and hence get what you can before you lose even more is what most will do.

All this is just conjecture. I know nothing and claim to know anything. This is all just an opinion.

This is the interesting part.
The reverse stock split will affect all stockholders uniformly and will not affect any stockholder's ownership percentage of the Company's shares, with the exception of those holders of fractional shares. The reverse stock split will reduce the number of outstanding shares of Common Stock from approximately 426 million to approximately 1.065 million shares and also proportionately reduce the number of authorized shares of Common Stock from 500 million to 1.25 million shares. In order to raise capital to maintain compliance with minimum equity listing requirements, we intend to seek stockholder approval to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock at our annual shareholders meeting.
We traded multiple times the post-split outstanding shares today.

Just watching to see if it tanks like most of them after the split. Who knows what will happen anymore. Almost bought this morning until I saw that RS planned for tomorrow.

Damn... yeah something like that happened to me last winter with that Troybuilt bullshit ticker... they did a reverse split and made the share price like $20 & I lost all my shares and have like 2 or 3 and then it tanked again

If somebody owned 10,000 shares a couple of years ago, today they own 100 because of the last 100 to 1 reverse split.

On Dec 22, 2023, after this new 400 to 1 RS occurs, will today's 100 shares become .25 shares.

After Dec 22's latest 400 to 1 RS, will they actually end up with .25 shares? Or 1 share? Or 0 shares?

Will the original 10,000 shares simply vanish?
