Effective at closing, the LINKBANCORP, Inc. and LINKBANK, directors will be comprised of 22 Directors: 12 from LINKBANCORP, Inc. and 10 from Partners Bancorp. Any branch consolidations or sales will be accomplished with careful evaluation and significant consideration to ensure a limited impact on the local community.
