Effective
April 26, 2010, Joseph F. Taylor, CRM Holdings’ Chief Financial Officer, has
taken an indefinite leave of absence from CRM Holdings and its subsidiaries
under the Family and Medical Leave Act. During the leave of absence, Mr.
Taylor’s responsibilities will be assumed by other managerial and technical
employees of the Company, and James J. Scardino, CRM Holdings’ Chief Executive
Officer, will serve as Acting Chief Financial Officer.
