Dollar Strengthens Vs Most Majors Ahead Of S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Index

The S&P/Case-Shiller is scheduled to release their 20-city
composite house price index for June at 9 am ET Tuesday. Economists
expect the index to have risen a seasonally adjusted 0.1 percent
month-over-month, reversing the 0.1 percent drop in May.
Ahead of the data, the greenback traded mixed against its major
rivals. While the greenback declined against the pound, it moved up
against the rest of major rivals.
The greenback was worth 1.1156 against the euro, 1.3106 against
the pound, 102.48 against the yen and 0.9813 against the franc as
of 8:55 am ET.
