Ms. Keeman brings more than 20 years experience in the outsourcing and BPO industry to Stream and its newly defined role of vice president of learning and development. As an industry veteran in BPO and outsourcing, Ms. Keeman's valuable knowledge of service professional training needs and their direct correlation to client KPIs will be integral to the success of the program. Prior to joining Stream, Ms. Keeman was vice president of marketing for Enterprise Mobile, a leading outsourcer focusing on the challenges of enterprise mobility. In addition to her work with Enterprise Mobile, Keeman also ran the marketing efforts for industry-leader 3Com, Inc.
