Item 3. Aldebaran Investments LLC is an investment advisor in accordance with
ss.240.13d-1(b)(1)(ii)(E).

Item 4. Ownership

(a) Amount beneficially owned: 1,358,800

As of the date of this filing, the Reporting Person may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of 1,358,800 shares of Millennium India Acquisition CO Inc. (the "Company") common stock. Aldebaran Investments LLC holds 896,800 shares of the Company's common stock and 462,000 warrants to purchase the Company's common stock. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share of the Company's common stock at a price of $6.00. Each warrant became exercisable on January 21, 2008, and will expire on July 19, 2010, or earlier upon redemption.

(b) Percent of Class: 15.65%

This percentage is determined by dividing the number of shares of common stock beneficially owned by Aldebaran Investments LLC by 8,681,875, the number of shares of common stock (8,219,875) issued and outstanding as of February 29, 2008 combined with the number of warrants (462,000) held by Aldebaran Investments LLC.
