Bankers Petroleum Ltd. ("Bankers" or the "Company") (TSX: BNK, AIM: BNK) 
announces that it has received notification from Mr Eric Brown, a non-executive 
director of the Company, that, on 13 March 2012, he transferred, for estate and 
tax planning purposes, 4,880 of his beneficially owned common shares in the 
Company ("Common Shares") into a Retirement Savings Account and 1,086 Common 
Shares into a Tax Free Savings Account, both of which Mr. Brown is the only 
legal and beneficial owner. 
 
As a consequence of the above transfer Mr. Brown's beneficial interest in the 
Company remains unchanged and he still holds 101,166 Common Shares, currently 
representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
