Director's Shareholding

ASOS Plc ("the Company") announces that Robert Bready, an Executive Director of the Company, sold 44,299 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 25 June 2012 at an average price of 1635.00 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Bready, holds 143,125 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18% of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, and as disclosed on 24 May 2012, under the Management Incentive Plan (MIP), Mr Bready has been granted 788,604 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence, of which 394,302 will vest on 30 September 2012 and 394,302 will vest on 30 September 2013, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the MIP.
