KENOSHA, Wis., Jan. 23, 2018 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- The all-new 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL was unveiled at the Detriot Auto Show recently, and in an effort to educate car shoppers on this new model's features, Palmen Motors has added a model information page to its website for the 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL.

The dealership found that the 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL maintains some of its iconic Jeep design features, while adding plenty of upgrades like a "keystone" shaped grille and a full-length rain gutter that doubles as an attachment point for roof rack systems. The Wrangler JL also has enhanced aerodynamics due to an increased rake windshield.   
 
The 2018 Wrangler JL comes equipped with a Pentastar 3.6-liter V6 engine that reaches 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque, which can be paired with either a standard six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission. There are two other engine options available: a turbocharged 2.0-liter engine with e-Torque assist, and in 2019, a 3.0-liter diesel V6 engine will be available on four-door models.  
 
The Wrangler JL has three top options for drivers to choose from as well. The standard Sunrider top has been drastically improved with an updated framework that allows it to be raised and lowered faster. The Sky One-Touch power-top offers the most convenience with an electronically controlled full-length canvas roof that slides rearward with the touch of a button. Finally, the Freedom top is a three-piece hardtop available on Sahara and Rubicon models.
