Pound Retreats After U.K. GDP Data

(RTTNews) - At 2.00 am ET Friday, the Office for National Statistics has published UK GDP data for April. The pound retreated against its major counterparts after the data.
The pound was trading at 155.05 against the yen, 1.4168 against the greenback, 0.8601 against the euro and 1.2663 against the franc around 2:01 am ET.
