has introduced the first ANSI 150 flanged wafer and 2-piece NPT
threaded low-torque automated V-ball packages, factory-assembled
with the company's own Valbia electric actuators. The space-saving
packages provide precision control and long, reliable service life.
Ball port choices include 30/60 º, 60º or 90º V-balls.
Stainless or carbon steel wafer body packages are available in
sizes 1" to 4". NPT threaded packages are available in stainless
only in sizes 1/2" to 2".
Bonomi's low torque valve design allows for the use of smaller,
more compact and efficient actuators. This saves space within the
system while reducing materials, such as pipe supports, and labor
costs.
Actuator choices include:
- • Valbia VBM electric actuators with NEMA 4 die-cast aluminum
housing, raised position indicator, two extra limit switches, a
heater and thermostat, ½" conduit connections and a 75% duty cycle
motor. CSA-approved. Dual voltage and manual override
standard.
- • Valbia VB electric actuators with NEMA 4, 4X techno-polymer
housing, two extra limit switches, a heater and thermostat, torque
limiter and a 75% duty cycle motor. Dual voltage and manual
override are standard. CSA-approved.
Pneumatic actuation is also available. Valbia actuators are made
by Bonomi at the company's manufacturing facilities in Italy. Bonomi is the world's only manufacturer
