CALGARY, April 21, 2017 /CNW/ - Petrowest Corporation ("Petrowest" or the "Company") (TSX:PRW) announces that the Company's lenders under both the bank syndicated credit facility and the subordinated loan have extended the waiver period for non-compliance with financial covenants under their respective loan agreements from April 21, 2017 to May 5, 2017.
