Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE), the AIM listed technology company with a focus on operator monitoring and intervention sensing technologies and services, was informed on 18 January 2017 that on 16 January 2017, Royal Bank of Canada through its wholly owned subsidiaries, RBC Trustees (CI) Limited and RBC Trust Company (Jersey) Limited, decreased its interest in ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from 53,167,440 Ordinary Shares to 51,793,940 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.57% per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
