Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company has received notice today that Nick Holmes, Group
Director, has exercised Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme
("EMI") options over 6,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence per share in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Option Shares") at an
exercise price of 290.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Application is today being made to the London Stock Exchange for
the Option Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission").
It is expected that Admission will become effective on, or around,
14 November 2016. The enlarged issued share capital of the Company
following Admission to trading of the Option Shares will be
13,716,532 Ordinary Shares (the "Enlarged Issued Share Capital").
The figure of 13,716,532 may be used by the Company's shareholders
as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial
Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Following this, Nick Holmes will have a beneficial interest in
61,995 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.5 per cent of
the Enlarged Issued Share Capital.
