deployed an e-commerce platform accessible to its North American
customers. The new website provides a business-to-consumer (B2C)
experience and performance for its business-to-business (B2B)
customers. “E-commerce is an additional sales channel that our
customers expect to help simplify their everyday work. Our sales
teams will continue to provide their expertise for any customer
that needs help. Now our customers also have a self-service option
available 24/7 if that’s how they would like to conduct business,”
