ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
 
On October 17, 2014, Oxford Resource Partners, LP (“Oxford”) issued a press release disclosing that it would announce earnings for the third quarter ended September 30, 2014 before the market opens on Thursday, October 30, 2014, and will hold a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the same day to review the results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

COLUMBUS, Ohio, October 17, 2014 - Oxford Resource Partners, LP (NYSE: OXF) (the “Partnership” or “Oxford”) will report its third quarter 2014 financial results before the market opens on Thursday, October 30, 2014.  The Partnership’s management team will hold a conference call to review the results at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on that day.
