Wyndham York plc ("the Company") 
 
Results of EGM 
 
 
The Company announces that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the 
Company held on 25 February 2009, the special resolution put to shareholders for 
the proposed cancellation of the admission of the Company's ordinary shares 
("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM and re-registration of the Company as a 
private company was duly passed. 
 
 
Accordingly, trading in the Ordinary Shares on AIM will cease at close of 
business on 24 March 2009, with cancellation of the AIM quotation taking effect 
at 7.00 a.m. on 25 March 2009. The Company is expected to be re-registered as a 
private company with effect from 26 March 2009.
