Acorn Growth plc ("the Company")

Publication of Prospectus and Share Issue

Acorn Growth plc has today published a prospectus (the "Prospectus") in connection with the allotment and issue and admission to trading of 16,517,778 new ordinary shares of GBP0.02 each at an issue price of 15p per share ("Initial Issue") and a further offer of up to 66,666,667 new ordinary shares of GBP0.02 each at an issue price of 15p per share.

The Initial Issue represents the shares to be issued pursuant to the subscription announced by the Company on 3 August 2016. Admission of the Initial Issue shares (and completion of the subscription) is expected to take place at 8.00am on 3 October 2016.

The Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority. A copy of the Prospectus is available from http://www.acorngrowth.co.uk/prospectus and a copy has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
