Annual Report & Accounts 2020 and Notice of 2021 Annual General Meeting

The Vitec Group plc announces that it has published its Annual Report & Accounts 2020. The following documents have been mailed today, Wednesday, 24 March 2021, to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies:

   --      Annual Report & Accounts 2020 
   --      Notice of the 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") 
   --      Proxy Form

The Annual Report & Accounts 2020 and the 2021 Notice of AGM are also available to view and download on the Vitec website at www.vitecgroup.com .

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the documents will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism.

The AGM will be held at 11.00am on Thursday, 6 May 2021 at Bridge House, Heron Square, Richmond, TW9 1EN. In light of the current COVID-19 restrictions, shareholders will not be permitted to attend the AGM in person but can be represented by the Chairman of the meeting acting as their proxy. Please complete and submit a proxy form in accordance with instructions printed on the enclosed form. The proxy form must be received by 11.00am on Tuesday, 4 May 2021.
