The Vitec Group plc
Holdings in Company
The Company was informed on 23 April 2018 that due to an
internal reorganization of the Alantra Group, Alantra Asset
Management, SGIIC, S.A. ("Alantra AM") was replaced by Alantra EQMC
Asset Management, SGIIC, S.A. ("Alantra EQMC") as investment
manager of the EQMC Development Capital Fund plc and Mercer QIF CCF
(the "Funds").
This notification and the attached TR1 notifications detail the
loss by Alantra AM of the voting rights attached to the shares of
the portfolio companies held by the Funds including those held in
the Company and the subsequent acquisition by Alantra EQMC of such
voting rights.

ALANTRA ASSET MANAGEMENT SGIIC, S.A. loses the condition
of investment manager of EQMC EUROPE DEVELOPMENT CAPITAL
FUND, PLC ("EQMC") and of the sub-investment manager
of MERCER INVESTMENT FUND 2 (a sub-fund of MERCER QIF
COMMON CONTRACTUAL FUND), together with EQMC the "Funds".
The last interests held by ALANTRA AM prior losing its
condition of investment manager and sub-investment manager
of the Funds in the voting rights of the shares of The
Vitec Group plc held by the Funds are: (i) EQMC holds
11.19%, and (ii) MERCER holds 3.04%.

As a consequence of the substitution of the investment
manager (previously Alantra Asset Management, SGIIC,
S.A.) of EQMC EUROPE DEVELOPMENT CAPITAL FUND, PLC ("EQMC")
and the sub-investment manager of MERCER INVESTMENT
FUND 2 (a sub-fund of MERCER QIF COMMON CONTRACTUAL
FUND), together with EQMC the "Funds", ALANTRA EQMC
ASSET MANAGEMENT SGIIC, S.A. ("ALANTRA EQMC") is the
new investment manager of the Funds.
From now on, ALANTRA EQMC as investment manager and
sub-investment manager may exercise the voting rights
of the shares of The Vitec Group plc held by the Funds.
EQMC holds 11.19%, while the percentage of the voting
rights held by the sub-fund is 3.04%.
