Wireless plc

    RULE 9.6.4 ANNOUNCEMENT
    THUS Group plc (THUS or the Company) announces 1,964,027 ordinary shares were issued to the trustee of the  THUS plc Employee Share
Trust in order to enable it to satisfy all outstanding options and awards.
    THUS's issued share capital now comprises 184,996,394 ordinary shares of 25 pence each. All of these ordinary shares carry voting rights
and this figure may be used by Company shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest, or a change in their interest, in THUS.
