    At the Annual General Meeting of SCi Entertainment Group Plc ("SCi") held today, all resolutions contained within the notice of meeting
were duly passed.

    Application to change the Company's name to Eidos plc has been made to the Registrar of Companies and the effective date of the change
will be notified in due course.
